This *2nd quality (slightly asymmetrical) pocket-sized mini jar is handblown translucent cobalt glass,  featuring a glittering dichroic image encased within a clear lens. Carefully formed lip provides an airtight seal w/ fitted cork (included).

 

Made with durable PYREX for years of enjoyment. Kiln-annealed for added strength.

We've done our best to convey the beauty of this piece. However, it's nearly impossible to illustrate the resplendent nature of dichro in a still photo. To handle it and see the light play across the multifaceted surfaces within is the only way to truly perceive this miniature work of art.

Historically speaking: ornate hollow vessels have been used to contain anything which fits inside... often something quite precious. However, some of our customers never fill their jars with anything at all, enjoying them purely as ornamental objects, or home decor accents. In actuality, the usage of a hand blown glass jar is only limited by the scope of your imagination.
